It also covers guaranteed guest minimums that include crew and vendor meals, day of additions, language that overrides preprinted purchase order terms, confidentiality and non solicitation, insurance and compliance document requests, publicity terms designed to survive corporate legal review, rescheduling, cancellation, and indemnification.
