Termination Agreement

Also referred to as a Cancellation Agreement, our Termination Agreement is used to formally document that all parties to a contract have agreed to its termination. This is a very important part of closing the loop at the end of a client relationship and making sure that both parties are agreeing to go their separate ways on the same terms. It recaps the existing agreement in place, outlines the terms of cancellation (including any refund or additional payment due), and releases each party from further performance or liability under the original contract.
